We then study all of your employment and HR documents such as your employment contracts and policies and procedures manual. We check to see if your documents are in compliance with the various labour laws, including the Basic Conditions of Employment Act; the Labour Relations Act; the Employment Equity Act; the Skills Development Act; the Occupational Health and Safety Act; the Broad based Black Economic Empowerment Act and the Promotion of Access to Information Act. We then prepare and submit to you a Report on the audit findings.


What's the catch?
 
There is absolutely no catch, no strings attached. This audit is at absolutely no cost to you. Should the Report show that you are compliant, then at least this would give you peace of mind. If the Report shows that you are not compliant in one or more areas, then you can rectify same on your own. However, should you require expert assistance with this, then we are hoping that you would afford us an opportunity to assist you with this. It's totally up to you.
